Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience using SAP or is a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform daily accounting operations such as accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Process journal entries and maintain general ledger
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and expense processing
  • Use SAP to input and track financial data (training provided for fresh grads)



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Required)
  • Experience using SAP is an advantage

Job Summary:

  • Prepare and issue accurate Statements of Account (SOA) to clients on a regular basis.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Generate and validate billing invoices based on purchase orders, contracts, and other supporting documents.
  • Maintain and update customer records and billing information in the system.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with internal teams and clients.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Collection teams to ensure alignment on billing and collection status.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client billing inquiries.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of billing records.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Billing and Collection Department.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering and deep knowledge of generator sets (gensets). This role requires a sales expert with at least 10 years of proven experience in technical sales, capable of managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and grow existing client accounts in the genset industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mechanical and power generation sectors
  • Provide technical product presentations and solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with the engineering and after-sales team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct market analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and trends
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in technical or industrial sales
  • Strong background in generator sets (diesel, gas, hybrid) – sizing, specifications, and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Willingness to travel and conduct client visits

Job Description

  • Supervise daily service operations such as site deployments, testing and commissioning, after-sales customer support, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of diesel generator sets to attain customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and assist chief mechanics, senior electrical, field service engineers, and technicians to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop accurate cost proposals for repair and preventive maintenance of diesel generator sets and maintain monthly sales targets.
  • Create extensive technical engineering reports based on field service recommendations to be presented and discussed with customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings and technical justification onsite and online.
  • Offer first-hand generator set after-sales technical support to customers through onsite, email, and phone set-up to maintain zero complaints and gain positive feedback.
  • Offer accurate troubleshooting guides and procedures from basic to advanced generator issues to maintain zero back jobs.
  • Monitor and enhance technician productivity and repair quality through regular oversight to achieve zero delays, zero accidents, and effective labor optimization.



OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Regular submission of technical sales reports for review of the General Manager for Service Operations.
  • Provide assistance to inter-department personnel for the requirement and completion of service jobs.
  • Provide assistance to the service coordinator in overseeing site deployment and monitoring of service vehicles.
